Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Account Manager role, located in Greater Cleveland. The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include managing client accounts, creating tailored solutions to meet customer needs, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves regularly engaging with clients to address challenges and provide strategic IT recommendations to align with their goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and relationship management skills, including prospecting, client engagement, and contract negotiation
  • Knowledge in IT solutions such as infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, automation, and AI
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage customer accounts effectively
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in managing enterprise-level clients and handling long-term projects is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets and business development goals
