As the newest members of our entry‑level sales program, 'The Foundation', we will provide you with everything you need to grow a long‑lasting career in the sports industry. This program will prepare you with the skills to take your next step into our senior level ticket sales, service and retention, and group sales positions with the Cleveland Monsters and the Cleveland Charge

** This is an entry-level, temporary position, beginning in June 2026, generally concluding in May 2027.

** This position requires working nights, weekends and occasional Holidays.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The expectations of the Account Executive, Franchise Foundation will be to work Cleveland Charge and Cleveland Monsters home games, special events, as well as normal business hours. The position is based on salary + commission. This position is a 12‑month entry‑level position.
  • The Account Executive, Franchise Foundation is responsible for revenue generation through daily ticket sales activities utilizing current relationships and new business development efforts. Focusing on both the Cleveland Monsters and Cleveland Charge, as well as the ability to sell through the portfolio of REG properties.
  • The Account Executive, Franchise Foundation will develop and manage a sales pipeline for Franchise Properties with a focus on B2B, Groups and B2C selling.
  • The goal of the Account Executive, Franchise Foundation is to achieve an overall Ticket Sales individual goal for both Monsters and Charge properties, as well as help the Cleveland Monsters and Cleveland Charge hit overall revenue goals, as well as help other REG Properties help overall revenue goals. The Account Executive, REG Franchise will be provided ample training, company networking opportunities and the necessary tools to be successful in their current role and in their future positions.
  • Meet or exceed established goals set yearly for new business, using each Charge and Monsters home game as an opportunity to engage clients, deliver exceptional customer service, and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Focus on generating new business for Franchise Properties including, but not limited to, the Cleveland Monsters and Cleveland Charge by selling:
    Premium Products, Full Event and Partial Event Packages, Group Packages, and other ticket packages that do not fit into the above categories.
  • Daily responsibilities include cold calling, business prospecting, generating revenue through face‑to‑face appointments (both in‑house and out of the office) and prospect events.
  • Maintain strong relationships with REG Franchise account base while leveraging relationships for cross sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Represent the entire organization in the community and be the face of the team for our fans for all events.
  • Sell, manage, service, renew and upsell accounts including, but not limited to the Cleveland Monsters and Cleveland Charge.
