We are seeking a driven, customer-focused Sales Representative to sell industrial and commercial cleaning equipment, surface preparation machines, and professional-grade soaps and detergents throughout Northeastern Ohio
. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter who enjoys territory management, relationship building, and providing complete cleaning solutions to industrial and commercial customers.

Products & Solutions You’ll Sell

  • Industrial & commercial floor scrubbers, sweepers, and pressure washers
  • Surface preparation equipment (grinders, shot blasters, scarifiers, dust collection systems)
  • Professional cleaning chemicals, soaps, and detergents designed for use with cleaning equipment
  • Accessories, parts, and service solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a defined sales territory across Northeastern, Ohio
  • Develop new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
  • Conduct on-site visits, equipment demonstrations, and cleaning application evaluations
  • Recommend the correct equipment and detergents based on customer needs and surfaces
  • Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close equipment and chemical sales
  • Promote recurring chemical and detergent sales to create long-term customer relationships
  • Coordinate with service and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and support
  • Track sales activities and opportunities using CRM tools
  • Stay current on product knowledge, safety guidelines, and industry trends

Qualifications & Experience

  • B2B sales experience preferred (industrial, janitorial, equipment, construction, or related fields)
  • Experience selling equipment, chemicals, or consumables is a plus
  • Strong understanding of customer applications and solution-based selling
  • Ability to work independently and manage a multi-state territory
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly
