Responsibilities Customer Service
  • Use scripts to identify customer needs for our products and services, and proactively address customer concerns.
  • Handle inbound calls from prospective customers with a friendly, professional, and ethical approach.
  • Answer client questions, resolve issues, and provide support regarding products or services.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve collective success.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and objectives.
  • Bring energy and persistence to every call — every conversation is an opportunity!
Data Management
  • Update customer information in CRM systems, maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in sales, account management, or a related role preferred.
  • Ability to follow sales scripts and handle objections with confidence.
  • Strong understanding of customer service practices.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
  • Must adhere to company policies and procedures for attendance and attire.
