- Provide customers with all required information upon request.
- Receive and process customer’s requests for quotes and sales orders via phone, fax and email accurately and timely.
- Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships through outstanding customer service.
- Work with team-members to provide support as required.
- Follow all aspects of the Company’s quality system and assist with the development of the system as required.
