We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team in the coatings and paint manufacturing industry. This role is responsible for developing new business, managing existing accounts, and expanding market share within assigned territories. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B sales, preferably within coatings, paints, construction materials, or related manufacturing industries.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities (contractors, distributors, architects, industrial clients, etc.)
- Manage and grow existing accounts through relationship building and consistent follow-up
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers
- Collaborate with technical and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and forecasts in CRM system
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (coatings, paints, construction materials, or industrial products preferred)
- Strong hunter mentality with account management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand and discuss technical product specifications
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
- Experience selling architectural, industrial, or specialty coatings
- Technical or chemistry-related background
- Established relationships within contractor or distributor networks
