This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Cleveland, OH, for a Sales Development Representative. The role involves identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities, conducting outreach to potential clients, managing leads, and collaborating with the sales team to build a pipeline of potential customers. The Sales Development Representative will also perform market research, identify customer needs, and communicate effectively to establish strong client relationships.

Additionally, they will contribute to the achievement of revenue targets by supporting the overall sales strategy and goals of the organization.
