WOIO in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a high‑energy, results‑driven, and creative professional to help lead our Digital and Broadcast sales efforts in the role of Multimedia Sales Manager. The position works in tandem with the Director of Sales on business development for the station, specifically championing new business sales and existing client growth with strong retention.
Duties/Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth and consistently achieve targets, with a strong focus on acquiring NLD (new local direct) business.
- Deliver digital and linear sales training to strengthen team capabilities and elevate performance.
- Partner with Multimedia Executives to develop strong relationships, overcome objections, and close new and incremental business.
- Coach and mentor the sales team to deliver best‑in‑market representation and results.
- Serve as a consultative, strategic digital advertising expert, working alongside Multimedia Executives and Local Advertisers to build effective, performance‑driven campaigns.
- A bachelor's degree from a four‑year college or university or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in digital and broadcast sales.
- 3 years of experience in managing a sales team, strategic planning, and a track record of growing revenue.
