Sales Intern - Cleveland-West

The Sales Intern will work in the field (B2B) to support the sales team in day-to-day operations while gaining hands‑on experience in business development, customer engagement, and sales strategy. This role is designed to provide exposure to the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, and account support.

• Assist the sales team with prospecting, cold calling, networking and upselling
• Research potential clients and identify new business opportunities
• Support outbound outreach efforts (email, phone, Linked In, etc.)
• Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems
• Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports
• Conduct client calls and meetings
• Track and report on sales activity and pipeline progress
• Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong interest in sales, business development, or customer relationship management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self‑motivated and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus
