Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Cleveland, OH. The Sales Representative will engage directly with prospective and existing customers, present products and services, and clearly communicate value propositions to drive sales.
Responsibilities- Meet with potential customers in person and present products or services.
- Explain product features, pricing, and available service packages.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Generate new sales opportunities and follow up on leads.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Track customer interactions and maintain accurate sales records.
- Stay informed about product updates and industry trends.
- Represent the company and its clients professionally and ethically.
- Work independently in the field while collaborating with the sales team.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with a motivation to achieve and exceed targets.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills for face-to-face customer interactions.
- Organizational and time-management skills to manage a sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and document activities accurately.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment with a high level of personal accountability.
- Ability to work on-site in Cleveland, OH, and travel locally as needed for client meetings or events.
- Previous sales, customer service, or marketing experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
