Job Title:
Territory Business Manager, Dental Professional Sales (Cleveland, OH)
- Detail the latest innovations of the Philips product portfolio to key dental professionals including Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants and Dental team members.
- Build strong, strategic sales partnerships during office visits, lunch & learns and demonstrations.
- Drive the Sonicare product as the #1 MOR (Most Often Recommended) power toothbrush and solidify the Zoom brand as the #1 patient‑requested professional whitening system.
- Consult on the full line of Oral Healthcare brands to build a healthy Oral Healthcare plan for dental practices.
- Achieve established revenue growth expectations for dental practices within assigned territory.
- Selling the Philips Oral Healthcare product portfolio to dental professionals for dispensing or use with patients.
- Maintain full understanding of the science and clinical significance behind the Sonicare power toothbrush, Zoom Whitening and Oral Healthcare products.
- Direct B2B selling and professional product detailing.
- Drive professional product usage, brand recommendations (MOR) and meet or exceed direct sales targets.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or equivalent (required).
- Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills; ability to learn new concepts quickly.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Business‑to‑Business, Dental or Medical Sales experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Salesforce and SAP for managing customer relationships and order processing.
- Must be able to perform required physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements.
- Periodic travel required to support sales training, trade shows and industry meetings or events.
This is a field role. Working from the field is most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at customers’ or suppliers’ locations. Field roles are required to be present on site at least 3 days a week.
CompensationTotal Target Earnings is composed of base salary and target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $75,000 to $130,000 annually, plus a company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower depending upon individual performance.
Target Earnings are one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401(k) up to 7% match, HSA with company contribution, stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and more. Details about benefits can be found here.
EligibilityUS work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future. Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. Candidates must reside in or within commuting distance to the Cleveland, Ohio territory.
