Employee Relationship Manager - Financial Wellness Solutions

Position Overview

As an Employee Relationship Manager in PNC’s Financial Wellness Solutions, you will help improve employee financial wellbeing, strengthen financial awareness, and increase convenience through digital banking tools. This role is based in Cleveland, OH, and involves outbound sales, in‑person new hire orientations, financial education seminars, and program delivery for our commercial and corporate banking clients.

• Lead delivery of financial wellness solutions and programs to the workforce of commercial and corporate banking clients.
• Acquire and deepen relationships across all financial wellness solutions, using proactive lead generation, appointments, and referral generation.
• Deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and ongoing service support.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, leveraging tools and resources to maximize business results.
• Identify and engage the best resources to meet client needs and ensure routine updates and referral follow‑up.
• Create exceptional customer experiences at events and through presentations, solving problems promptly and escalating when necessary.
• Advocate for clients and prospects, identifying workforce trends and unique needs.
• Influence annual marketing and communication plans based on workforce knowledge, supporting materials, media, and content.
• Keep the team informed of services via Edge reports and attend relationship review meetings as needed.

Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities. Experience requirements include a minimum of 4+ years of related business or functional experience or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience (including military service). A bachelor's or associate’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Associates or equivalent degree preferred. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.

Base Salary: $41,250.00 – $68,750.00 (Salaries may vary by location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education). This role is incentive eligible with payment based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
