Regional Sales Manager

Hose Master is North America’s largest manufacturer of flexible metal hose and metal bellows expansion joints, headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with regional facilities in Houston, TX;
Atlanta, GA; and Reno, NV. 100% of our products are manufactured in the USA.

• Serve as Regional Sales Manager for a defined geographic territory.
• Lead and manage a manufacturer representative sales force.
• Cover a multi‑state territory with 50%–75% travel.
• Implement and execute the national sales strategy.
• Identify potential end‑user accounts, secure product specifications, and drive sales through distribution.
• Lead product training for partners.
• Conduct joint sales calls with distributor partners.

• Bachelor’s Degree or significant industry experience.
• Metal product experience.
• Mechanically inclined – willing to work in industrial settings.
• 2–5 years of outside industrial sales experience.

• 50%–75% overnight travel.
