Elevate your sales career with high earnings and premium leads. As an experienced sales professional, you will engage in consultative, in‑home sales of Infinity Replacement windows and doors, conducting pre‑qualified appointments to close deals for homeowners.
Responsibilities- Meet with pre‑qualified homeowners who have requested consultations.
- Run in‑home sales appointments and present tailored window and door solutions.
- Build trust, uncover customer needs, and guide decision‑making.
- Deliver clear proposals and confidently close deals.
- Generate referrals through strong customer relationships.
- Sales experience preferred (in‑home, B2C, retail, or consultative sales) but not required.
- Strong closing, objection‑handling, and communication skills.
- Confidence working independently and managing a pipeline.
- Ability to connect with homeowners and build trust quickly.
- Drive to maximize income through performance.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor‑vehicle record.
- Flexibility for appointments with customers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs.
- $2,000 biweekly training ramp (first 8 weeks).
- $100,000+ annual earning potential; top performers exceed $200,000+.
