Position: Field Sales Personnel - Spectrum Contract - Cleveland, OH

We are seeking an enthusiastic, high-energy Outside Sales Representative to join our field sales team in Cleveland. You will engage directly with residents to promote and sell Spectrum’s premier telecom services, including high-speed internet, mobile, and TV packages. This is a 100% commission-only role with completely uncapped earning potential and frequent bonuses, designed for self-motivated go-getters who want their paycheck to reflect their hustle.

You Will Do
  • Promote Spectrum:
    Educate consumers on Spectrum’s internet, cable, and mobile solutions to find the best fit for their home.
  • Close Deals:
    Overcome objections, present value propositions, and process new customer enrollments on-site.
  • Manage Territories:
    Track your daily field activity and follow up with potential leads to maximize closing rates.
