Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales process of our product portfolio. This position demands strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Materials, Quality, Metrology, or Mechanical engineering preferred. High levels of relevant instrumentation experience will also be considered.
- Proven experience in B2B selling, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.
- Strong experience in Sales, proven attendance in training courses like Sandler, Miller Heiman and others. Strong focus on Sales processes.
- 3-5 years of experience with analytic instrumentation, preferably with XRF or SEM.
- 3-5 years of experience in capital equipment sales.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and generate reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot, Dynamics).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnights.
- Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.

- Directly sell to customers in Fischer Technology’s in Dallas, Texas and region.
- Meet with customers, promote Fischer Technology’s product portfolio.
- Prepare and present sales quotations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, including tracking sales activities and managing sales orders.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support regarding product specifications and applications.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
