Sales Account Manager (Entry Level) DescriptionOur client, a well-established and recession-resistant industrial organization, is seeking a driven, curious, and relationship-oriented individual to join their team as a Sales Account Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is naturally inquisitive, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to build a long-term career in industrial sales and account management. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to working with major industrial clients (including steel mills), while being mentored by a supportive and experienced leadership team.

- Act as primary contact for steel mill and industrial accounts
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term customer relationships
- Communicate customer needs internally across operations and logistics
- Coordinate delivery, product specifications, and service expectations
- Conduct regular customer visits and check-ins
- Monitor account activity, feedback, and service levels; resolve issues proactively
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and account documentation
- Track customer feedback and market trends
- Support leadership with pricing, renewals, and contracts
- Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events
- Continuously develop product, operational, and industry knowledge
- Internship in Business, Sales, Industrial Distribution, Engineering or similar required
- Strong curiosity and desire to learn within an industrial or manufacturing environment required
- Willingness to travel locally and domestically (20–40%) required
