Overview
As a Lead Sales Representative at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base for Honeywell. You will impact the company’s sales performance by effectively managing and leading a team of sales representatives, driving revenue growth, and expanding Honeywell’s footprint within the Power & Energy market segments. The primary focus includes power utility generation, nuclear, behind-the-meter microgrids, and selective water/wastewater segments.
Honeywell Process Solutions is a pure-play process automation business; creative problem-solving, collaborative partner enablement, and integrating advanced software solutions are critical areas of technical competence for success.
- As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for influencing, managing, and leading a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet their desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, implementation, and support.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. This role is a business development leadership position focused on bringing in new business and new customers (“New Logos”).
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to guide and motivate a sales team.
- Expertise in developing and executing sales strategies and building strong customer relationships.
- Knowledge of market analysis and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

The annual base salary range for this position is $167,000 - $208,000. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including scope and responsibilities, work experience, education and training, key skills, and market and business considerations. This role is incentive-eligible for sales performance.

You Must Have- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role.

- Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration is a plus
