About the Role
Sales Focus Inc. is hiring Outside Sales Representative - B2B Energy Sales to sell Fixed Rate Deregulated Energy directly to businesses. It is a full‑time W‑2 position with base pay plus uncapped commission, offering strong earning potential and clear growth opportunities.
Compensation- Base pay + uncapped commission
- On‑Target Earnings: $75,000 – $120,000+
- Bi‑weekly pay
- Bonuses and incentives available
- Speak with business owners/decision makers about Fixed Rate Deregulated Energy
- Educate customers on available solutions
- Help business owners select the right energy services
- Close sales and manage book of business
- Strong communication skills
- Motivated and goal‑oriented
- Comfortable working in residential neighborhoods
- Reliable transportation

- Paid training (No prior sales experience required)
