The Role As an Area Sales Manager
, you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth and clinical adoption of Rampart products within your assigned territory. You will work directly with physicians, hospital staff, and decision-makers to introduce our solutions, build relationships, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Generate new business and expand usage within existing customer accounts.
  • Educate and train physicians, nurses, and techs to ensure product adoption.
  • Lead product installations and provide clinical support.
  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve and exceed quotas.
  • Partner with marketing and commercial leadership to grow brand awareness.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend tailored Rampart solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with hospital personnel and key decision-makers.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life/Health Sciences, Nursing, or Engineering.
  • 5+ years of medical device sales or clinical operations experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively, including overnight.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for making a difference in healthcare.
