Position Summary

Integrated Restoration is looking for a relationship-driven Business Development Manager to grow our referral network and strengthen our presence across the Greater Cleveland market.

This is a field-based role for someone who knows how to build trust, stay organized, follow up, and turn relationships into qualified restoration opportunities. The Business Development Manager will develop partnerships with property managers, insurance professionals, plumbers, contractors, facility managers, commercial property owners, real estate professionals, and other referral sources.

This role is not meant for someone who wants to sit behind a desk all day. The right person will spend most of their time in the market building relationships, attending events, visiting accounts, following up with partners, and representing Integrated Restoration with professionalism.

This person will also support local marketing and social media efforts by helping show our work, promote our brand, highlight referral partners, support review generation, and keep Integrated Restoration visible in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and grow referral relationships throughout Greater Cleveland and Northeast Ohio
  • Prospect and develop relationships with property managers, insurance agents, adjusters, plumbers, contractors, facility managers, commercial clients, real estate professionals, and other referral sources
  • Generate qualified opportunities for mitigation, reconstruction, emergency restoration, and specialty cleaning services
  • Maintain a consistent schedule of client visits, follow-ups, meetings, and networking activity
  • Represent Integrated Restoration at networking events, trade groups, community events, association meetings, and industry functions
  • Respond to property loss situations when needed and serve as a trusted resource for clients and referral partners
  • Maintain relationships with existing referral partners while continuously identifying new opportunities for growth
  • Track contacts, outreach activity, opportunities, follow-ups, referral sources, and account notes in
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure a clean handoff from referral to project execution
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams about customer expectations, referral source needs, job details, and any promises made in the field
  • Support local marketing efforts, including social media content, customer reviews, referral partner highlights, community visibility, event promotion, and project success stories
  • Help identify opportunities for photos, videos, testimonials, before-and-after content, and educational posts
  • Assist in building Integrated Restoration’s reputation as a trusted restoration partner in the Cleveland market
Social Media & Local Marketing Support

The Business Development Manager is not expected to be a full-time social media manager, but this role plays an important part in creating visibility for the company.

This includes:

  • Sharing content ideas from the field
  • Capturing appropriate job-site or community photos when possible
  • Highlighting referral partners, local businesses, and community relationships
  • Helping request and generate Google reviews
  • Promoting company events, networking activity, and community involvement
