Location:
OH, KY, MI, WV (must reside in one of these states)
Salary: $120-140K base plus bonus
What You’ll Need- Proven track record in sales, with at least 3 years of experience in roles such as Account Manager or Field Sales Manager
- Exceptional “hunter” sales skills with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills to motivate distributors and end users
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies within a designated territory
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and adapt sales tactics accordingly
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Experience working with or in industries related to manufacturing, construction, or industrial products
- Knowledge of the specific market dynamics within the Central Region
- MBA or advanced certifications in sales, marketing, or related fields
- Experience with product training and promotional program development
- Attendance at industry trade shows and active participation in professional associations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of successful sales experience, with a record of building long‑term client relationships
- Experience in developing strategic sales plans and executing them effectively
- Must reside within the Central Region (OH, KY, WV, MI)
- Frequent travel within the territory required (50‑75%)
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, carry sample bags, and stand or sit for extended periods
- Willingness to actively participate in industry events and trade shows
