Location:

OH, KY, MI, WV (must reside in one of these states)

Salary: $120-140K base plus bonus

What You’ll Need
  • Proven track record in sales, with at least 3 years of experience in roles such as Account Manager or Field Sales Manager
  • Exceptional “hunter” sales skills with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets
  • Strong relationship‑building and communication skills to motivate distributors and end users
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies within a designated territory
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and adapt sales tactics accordingly
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
Nice To Have
  • Experience working with or in industries related to manufacturing, construction, or industrial products
  • Knowledge of the specific market dynamics within the Central Region
  • MBA or advanced certifications in sales, marketing, or related fields
  • Experience with product training and promotional program development
  • Attendance at industry trade shows and active participation in professional associations
Preferred Education And Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of successful sales experience, with a record of building long‑term client relationships
  • Experience in developing strategic sales plans and executing them effectively
Other Requirements
  • Must reside within the Central Region (OH, KY, WV, MI)
  • Frequent travel within the territory required (50‑75%)
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, carry sample bags, and stand or sit for extended periods
  • Willingness to actively participate in industry events and trade shows
