About the Role
Your work makes a difference in healthcare delivery. As a Territory Business Manager, you represent Baxter and our products, building relationships with doctors and nurses to meet their needs and drive business growth.
Location & TravelHome Base: Preferred Cleveland, Columbus OH or Pittsburgh PA
Territory: Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia
Variable travel: 50% to 75%
Responsibilities- Identify new profitable revenue growth opportunities and drive timely closure.
- Strengthen customer relationships throughout all levels and departments to maintain and grow current revenue base.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales targeting plan to achieve a dynamic sales funnel within assigned territory.
- Use CRM () daily to document and manage the sales funnel, maintain customer contact data, and record meeting notes.
- Drive profitable sales growth of all service solutions, including long-term service agreements, repair services, and OEM parts.
- Demonstrate understanding of competitive action in the assigned territory and develop plans to address problem areas.
- Prepare, analyze, and develop solutions for new sales; conduct negotiations with healthcare providers to finalize sales.
- Collaborate with other sales contributors, service, and corporate partners to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate the inventory and assessment of customer-owned equipment before implementing service agreements.
- Maintain industry regulatory knowledge and technical product knowledge to support customer education.
- Apply solutions selling process; build successful high-level relationships and influence personnel ranging from nurses to C-level decision makers.
- Strong understanding of solutions selling process.

- Proven influencing skills; adept at understanding needs and influencing personnel ranging from nurses to C-level decision makers.
- Demonstrated analytical skills to track sales activity, develop sales plans, understand local market competitive trends, and complete sales deal analysis.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Sales Force.
Estimated base pay range: $60,000 - $82,500 annually, with additional opportunity to earn sales incentive compensation based on performance.
