Cleveland, OHAbout This Role Account Executive Cleveland, OHAbout This Role Build your own territory and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You'll work independently while partnering with a supportive sales and marketing team. Your success directly grows company revenue and your commission.

What You'll Do Prospect and qualify leads via cold calling, email, Linked In, and referrals.

Conduct discovery calls and product demos tailored to client needs.

Negotiate objections and close deals independently.

Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline data in Salesforce (CRM software).Nurture client relationships to identify expansion and upsell opportunities.

Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets and quota.

Analyze metrics and refine sales approach to improve conversion rates.

What You'll Need2 to 4 years of B2B sales experience with a quota track record.

Ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead to close.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.

Self-directed and relationship-focused with problem-solving mindset.

Nice-to-HaveSaaS, software, professional services, or enterprise sales background.

Territory management or book of business experience.

Knowledge of sales frameworks like MEDDIC or Challenger Sale.
