Position OverviewAs a Sales Executive with Loop Net you will partner with top owners and brokers to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that showcase their property portfolios online. Your success will be driven by building lasting, service‑focused relationships and advising clients on product reach, brand efficacy, and return on investment using our proprietary analytics and reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities- Build relationships with clients through consultative sales methods and become a trusted advisor on all aspects of their strategic marketing plans.
- Use CoStar Group’s property data to prospect new clients, drive sales, and close new business.
- Collaborate with Loop Net and CoStar teams to maximize sales revenue.
- Develop subject‑matter expertise in digital advertising strategies for commercial real estate and stay current with market trends in your territory.
- Provide exceptional customer support, sharing market insights and solutions that help clients achieve their goals.
- Conduct in‑person meetings and travel by car as required, including destinations outside your local driving radius.
- 4+ years of successful full‑cycle B2B sales and account management experience, ideally in CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, or related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- Demonstrated commitment to prior employers and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record check before start.
- Experience in commercial real estate and success building long‑term relationships with senior/C‑Suite clients.
- Ability to analyze data, build reports, and make strategic recommendations based on market data and performance metrics.
- Regular access to a reliable motor vehicle and flexibility to adapt to a high‑growth environment.
- Self‑starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
- Base compensation: $70,000–$80,000 annually plus uncapped commissions and an outstanding President’s Club incentive.
