About This Role You'll own a growing sales territory in Cleveland, managing relationships with surgeons, physicians, and hospital teams. This is a field-based role where you work independently, control your strategy, and drive your own success. You'll receive support from clinical specialists and sales leaders, but you own your pipeline and your results.
What You'll Do Prospect and qualify new accounts at hospitals, surgical centers, and clinics.
Conduct product demonstrations and training for surgical and nursing teams.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract close.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline using our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Hit quarterly and annual revenue targets through smart territory planning.
Partner with clinical specialists to identify growth opportunities in your territory.
Attend clinical events, hospital committees, and industry meetings as company representative.
Stay current on competitor products, market trends, and clinical applications.
What You'll Need2 or more years of B2B or medical sales experience with a track record of hitting quota.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within your territory.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain complex products in simple, clear terms.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
Nice-to-Haves Prior medical device or healthcare sales experience.
Knowledge of hospital procurement or surgical center operations.
Experience selling in operating rooms or surgical settings.
