• Building your own pipeline. While we hand you a mobile showroom and a strong local reputation, top performers here don’t just wait on leads — they network with builders, designers, realtors, and past clients to self‑generate new business and referral partnerships.

• 2+ years of outside or in‑home sales experience
• A competitive streak and the discipline to back it up
• Comfortable being the expert in someone’s living room — confident, not pushy
• Sharp communicator who can build trust fast and close with integrity
• Organized, detail‑driven, and self‑motivated without a manager looking over your shoulder
• A natural networker who can turn realtors, builders, designers, and past customers into an ongoing referral engine — self‑generated leads are part of how top earners here hit six figures
• Tech‑comfortable (tablets and sales software are your daily tools)
• A valid driver’s license and the flexibility to work evenings/weekends around client schedules
