As a Sales Executive at Loop Net, you will be on‑site at our CoStar Group office in Cleveland, OH, partnering with owners and brokers to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies, build client portfolios, and drive advertising revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Relationship Management – Build consultative relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and serve as a trusted advisor on strategic marketing plans.
- Business Development – Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s property data to drive sales and close new business.
- Teamwork – Partner with colleagues across the Loop Net and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
- Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject‑matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate, and market trends within your specific territory.
- Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding customer support, share market insights, and offer solutions that help clients achieve their goals.
- Client Relationship Building – Conduct regular in‑person meetings and travel by car as required, potentially outside the office radius.
- 4+ years of successful full‑cycle B2B sales and account management in CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, Prop Tech, Fin Tech, financial securities, business intelligence, or data & analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Demonstrated commitment to prior employers.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a customer‑experience‑focused environment.
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory completion of a driving record check.
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate.
- Success building long‑term relationships and engaging with senior/C‑Suite level clients.
- Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data and performance metrics.
- Access to a personal motor vehicle by start date.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations in a high‑growth company.
- Self‑starter who can work independently and within a team environment.
Salary – This position offers a base salary range of $70,000‑$80,000 plus commission opportunities and generous benefits.
