Responsibilities
- Manages an assigned territory of core Foremost Independent Agencies
- Prospect and appoint new agencies
- Drive profitable premium growth and achieve financial and operational goals
- Develop and manage agency partnerships and serve as the primary relationship between the agency and the company
- Develop and successfully promote and support the available suite of Foremost products and services
- Create, maintain, and execute high quality agency strategies and plans
- Collaborate with field distribution partners to plan and align strategic components
- Minimum five years of field insurance sales and management work experience with progressing responsibility
- Experience achieving consistent profitable premium growth and sales success
- IA Distribution
- Territory management within P&C insurance
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- CIC, CPCU, or insurance licenses preferred upon hire.
