• Build a retail customer base through proactive outbound quality sales conversations.
• Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet by delivering a differentiated customer experience.
• Sell bank products and services to existing and prospective clients outside of the branch at non‑PNC locations, demonstrating how PNC can help them achieve financial goals.
• Identify and independently act upon sales opportunities to meet assigned sales goals.
• Establish connections between clients and PNC partners (e.g., PNC Investment, PNC Mortgage, consumer loan solutions) based on clients' financial needs and goals.
• Grow customer household relationships through onboarding new clients and building a strong pipeline of appointments for branches and partners.
• Conduct deep needs‑based conversations to demonstrate value and improve customers' financial well‑being.
• Create an exceptional customer experience at events in external locations to drive acquisition, loyalty, and share of wallet.
• Strengthen client relationships through continuous on‑site event planning.
• Educate and coach customers on technology options.

Transportation &

Physical Requirements:

Access to a reliable vehicle for daily travel to multiple work locations is required, and the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds (e.g., marketing materials, collateral). Ability to drive a commercial motor vehicle with a gross vehicle weight rating between 10,001 and 26,001 pounds is required.

Typical requirements: 3+ years of related experience or equivalent product knowledge. An associate degree or comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered. Military service is considered.

No degree required. No mandatory certifications or licenses.

Base Salary: $41,250.00 – $68,750.00. Salary may vary based on location and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible.
