CSA Group has an immediate opening for a Customer Care Specialist - Industrial, based in the Cleveland, Ohio office. The CCS promotes growth and superior customer service for new and current accounts, acting as an internal sales and customer contact for inquiries, quotes, and service within the assigned area.
Reports to a Commercial Manager and collaborates with NAMs, SAMs, Technical Specialists, and Operations staff to expand CSA Group TIC services and win new business opportunities.
