The Licensed [P&C/Life/Multi-Line] Producer is a full-time, on-site position based in Greater Cleveland. This role is responsible for prospecting and generating new business, responding to inbound leads, and developing a strong pipeline of personal and commercial insurance clients. The Producer conducts needs-based consultations, recommends appropriate coverage solutions, prepares quotes, and completes applications in compliance with company guidelines and applicable regulations.

Key responsibilities include managing renewals, processing endorsements, conducting proactive account reviews, and providing ongoing service and support to customers. The role also involves collaborating with agency team members, participating in local marketing and networking efforts, and maintaining accurate documentation in agency management and CRM systems.

• Active state insurance license(s) in Property & Casualty, Life, and/or Multi-Line, or the ability to obtain required licenses within a defined timeframe
• Proven sales, prospecting, and account management capabilities, with the ability to meet or exceed production goals
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, including effective listening, empathy, and follow-through
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain coverage options clearly and confidently
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with technology, including CRM or agency management systems, online quoting platforms, and standard office applications
• Knowledge of insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements—or the ability to learn and apply this information quickly
• Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or consultative sales is preferred but not required
• Ability to work on-site in Greater Cleveland and participate in community networking and local marketing activities
