9410 Hough is a residential apartment building that also serves as a site for community-focused and PCC-supported activities. The PCC HUB Manager plays a key role in ensuring daily building operations run smoothly while supporting coordination with the PCC (Project Community Capital) Team for approved on-site events and programming. 30-40 hours a week.
Project Community Capital® (PCC) operates under the NREUV umbrella and delivers economic empowerment services that connect individuals with employment, education, training, and entrepreneurship opportunities. PCC is grounded in technology, cultivates high-value employer relationships through social capital, and works alongside a network of nonprofit partners to help residents move from opportunity to outcome.
PCC operates several connected platforms that come together at the 9410 PCC HUB.
ROLE SUMMARYThe PCC HUB Manager serves as the primary on-site representative at 9410 Hough and reports directly to the Project Community Capital Director. This role owns Employment Clinic delivery at the HUB, leads PCC/NREUV corporate employer outreach, and carries WFL Collective (WFLC) responsibilities across fundraising, community operations, and PCC coordination.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESA. EMPLOYMENT CLINIC SERVICES — HUB Program Delivery
- Plan, organize, and facilitate weekly Employment Clinic sessions at the 9410 PCC HUB, including walk-in hours and structured workshops
- Deliver programming on resume writing, job applications, interview preparation, professional communication, and workplace readiness
- Provide individualized career coaching and goal-setting support to participants at varying stages of employment readiness
- Coordinate and facilitate interview sessions, job search strategy meetings, and career exploration activities
- Conduct participant intake assessments and create comprehensive candidate profiles in the Workforce Leverage™ platform
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records including employment history, skills, barriers, and progress notes
- Document all challenges participants face that may impede employment and track resolution of those barriers
- Identify candidates who are ready to re-enter the job market after resolving barriers and initiate re-engagement
- Manage employer-facing candidate profiles to ensure they are current, complete, and competitive
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with WFLC partner organizations including Necessary Cleveland Partners
- Coordinate bi-directional referrals: receive participants from partner organizations and refer HUB participants to partners for wraparound support
- Ensure timely and accurate case updates are shared with partner organizations through the Workforce Leverage™ platform
- Participate in monthly coordination calls and periodic joint case review meetings
- Identify gaps in participant support and proactively engage the appropriate partner organization to address them
- Own scheduling, intake flow, space logistics, and participant communications for the HUB
- Participate in the weekly all-team sync and contribute updates on clinic activity, participant progress, and employer pipeline
- Submit a monthly Employment Clinic activity summary to the PCC Director by the 3rd of each month, including sessions held, participants served, placements achieved, and employer activity
- Contribute data and narrative to the quarterly PCC/HUB Impact Report
These hours support PCC’s broader mission of building high-value employer relationships. This work is off-site eligible and may be performed at employer locations or remotely.
- Conduct proactive outreach to Cleveland-area employers to introduce PCC’s Workforce Leverage™ candidate pipeline and the value of partnering with PCC for hiring needs
- Support case management, PCC operations, and online interviews as well as partner support
- Cultivate ongoing relationships with existing employer partners, providing candidate updates and maintaining pipeline continuity
