Work Model: Hybrid – in office & in the field

Requirements- Competitive six figure base salary + uncapped commission (Top Reps Y1 making $200K+ Y1)
- Long term career growth into higher level IC or leadership roles (based on performance, not tenure at company) - Next IC role promotion from this one has a $412K OTE at 100% to plan
- Epic P-Club trips for top performers - P-Club Winners also receive $50K-$125K worth of stock

- Company has had 22% annual revenue growth from
- 1-2 years of full cycle B2B sales (must be hunting for net new business at least 50% of the time)
