Akron, OH | $65,000 Base + Uncapped Commission
Are you a B2B salesperson who enjoys developing new business, building relationships, and getting in front of business owners?
B2B Account Executive needed to join an established and growing professional services organization in the Akron area. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience selling services or solutions to businesses who wants the ability to build a book of business while also receiving company-generated opportunities
What You’ll Do:- Develop new B2B relationships throughout Northeast Ohio
- Prospect and connect directly with business owners and decision-makers
- Work a combination of company-generated leads and self-generated opportunities
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand each client’s business needs
- Present customized business solutions with support from internal subject-matter experts
- Manage opportunities from initial conversation through proposal and close
- Build referral relationships and participate in local networking and business events
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Manage pipeline, follow-up, and sales activity through CRM
- 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Experience selling a service, solution, or other intangible offering to businesses
- Comfortable prospecting and developing your own business
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Comfortable speaking directly with business owners and executives
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and closing business
- Someone who enjoys networking, meeting clients, and being active in the local business community
