This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Retail Sales Associate (Men’s Fashion & Suits) located in Cleveland, OH (20800 Libby Rd #256, Maple Heights, OH 44137). The Retail Sales Associate will assist customers with purchases, provide fashion expertise, and ensure a first‑class shopping experience. You’ll help clients find the right fit and style, process transactions, maintain an organized store atmosphere, and stay informed about the latest menswear trends.
Compensation- $15/hour base pay
- Daily commissions
- Associates average $20–$21/hour during low seasons

- 2+ years of retail sales experience (fashion or apparel preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Passion for men’s fashion, styling, and personal presentation
- Team‑oriented with excellent interpersonal abilities
- Problem‑solving and upselling skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in fashion or business is a plus
