The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team across the Ohio Valley region

The Ohio Valley is a strategically important industrial and manufacturing market, with a strong concentration of automotive, aerospace, energy, general manufacturing, and metalworking customers. Success in this role requires a leader who can develop talent, strengthen customer relationships, expand market share, and translate business strategy into measurable regional growth.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience preferred.
- 5–7 years of industrial, machining, or metal-cutting sales experience preferred.
- 3+ years of people-leadership experience.
- Proven ability to lead dispersed teams and drive regional growth across a multi-state industrial territory.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong customer and channel relationships within manufacturing and metalworking markets.
- Servant-minded, transformational leadership style focused on empowering and developing others.
- Strong coaching, performance management, and talent-development skills.
- Proficient with CRM systems, analytics, and digital engagement tools.
- Willing to travel up to 50% throughout the Ohio Valley region
