• Sell payroll services and HR solutions including:
• Payroll Processing
• Workers' Compensation Programs
• Human Resource Services
• Employee Benefits Solutions
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and canvassing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with small and medium-sized businesses.
• Generate referrals through professional networking groups and community involvement.
• Identify opportunities within existing accounts and cross-sell additional services.
• Conduct client presentations, negotiate proposals, and close new business.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales activity and revenue goals.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A proven ability to prospect, present, and close business opportunities.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Experience with cold calling and new business development.
