In Home Regional Sales Trainer

Relocation assistance available for candidates willing to relocate.

• Develop and deliver effective sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales team
• Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources
• Conduct sales training sessions, both in-person and virtual, to educate sales representatives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices
• Collaborate with sales managers to identify training needs and areas for improvement
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback from participants
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales training

• Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role
• Strong background in business development and sales
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Familiarity with customer service principles and practices
• Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
• Experience in outside sales or B2B sales is preferred
• Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
