Funeral Sales Representative – Outside Sales

• Close pre-set appointments with prospective clients
• Build and grow an independent Cleveland sales territory and book of business
• Develop a reputation among Cleveland families and referral partners
• Use community education programs and local referral marketing resources
• Work with a team of over 50 agents who set qualified appointments and gather client insights
• Connect with clients to plan their final wishes and provide peace of mind to loved ones
• Receive support from Precoa field management through organizational tools, mentorship, and coaching

• Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one
• 5+ years consultative sales experience is a bonus!
• Ability to effectively close pre-set appointments
• Excellent listening and persuasion skills, lead generation, and networking abilities
