• Earning potential $100K+ per year. No home improvement experience required, we'll train you.
• Prior experience in Internet/Cable sales, Pest Control, Home Security or other home services is a great background for this position.

Roofing Nation, a family-owned and growing exterior remodeling company serving the Cleveland metro area and the seven surrounding counties of northeast Ohio, is looking for motivated, self-driven individuals to join our team as Field Marketing Representatives. • Prospect for new business by contacting homeowners in targeted neighborhoods throughout the Cleveland metro area and surrounding counties.
• Focus on established, middle-income neighborhoods — generally homes built before 2010, plus newer homes that may have sustained recent storm damage.
• Engage homeowners in a friendly, consultative, and helpful manner — not a hard sell.
• Offer no-cost consultations for roofing, siding, gutters, and window replacement projects.
• Set qualified appointments for our estimating and sales team.

• Self-starters who are comfortable approaching homeowners and initiating conversations.
• Anyone with prior experience canvassing or cold-calling neighborhoods for cable/internet, utilities, lawn care, pest control, solar, or similar home services — you already have the exact skill set we need.
• Home improvement industry experience is a plus, but not required — we provide full training for the right personality and work ethic.
• People looking for either a full-time career or a flexible side hustle.

• Full-time Field Marketing Representatives can expect to earn $100,000 or more annually in commissions, primarily working March through the end of November.
• Compensation is directly tied to your effort and commitment — the harder you work, the more you earn.
• Prefer to take winters off? That's an option. Want to keep earning through the winter? We'll train you to prospect for interior remodeling projects during the off-season.

Roofing Nation also specializes in insurance restoration services, helping homeowners navigate the often-complex process of filing storm damage claims with their homeowner's insurance carrier. This is a specialized,

high-value skill set — and we’ll train the right candidates to become effective in this area as well, opening the door to even greater earning potential.
