Karamu House seeks a full-time Sales & Booking Manager to fulfill growth goals in membership, ticket sales, rentals, and sponsor ships. Reports to the Chief Development Officer.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Actively solicit new and renewal business to achieve 80% capacity for productions and events
- Build relationships with community organizations and corporations to meet membership goals
- Negotiate and close special event sales
- Manage the facilities schedule and event calendar
- Coordinate with the Marketing & Events Manager on box office and marketing alignment
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or related field required
- 5–7 years experience in sales or related field
$60,000–$70,000/year.
