Lead regional sales operations as Business Director for Neuroscience, overseeing sales team management, strategic planning, and account development.

- 8+ years in biopharma sales, including 3+ years in neuroscience sales leadership;
- experience with injectable therapies, payer landscape, and managed care;
- knowledge of reimbursement, formulary, and contract negotiations;
- willingness to travel.
- background in migraine preventive treatments or toxins market.
- focus on neuroscience products, specialty pharmacy pathways, payer engagement, and market access strategies.
Collaboration includes working with Value & Access teams, Reimbursement Managers, and brand teams.
