🕒 1st Shift |Shift: 1st Shift – typically 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Are you passionate about science and eager to kickstart your career in a lab setting? We’re looking for an Entry-Level Laboratory Technician to join our analytical laboratory team, where you’ll gain hands‑on experience working with real customer samples and industry‑standard instruments.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform routine biological and chemical testing on paint and related samples using standard procedures.
• Assist senior technicians and chemists in setting up experiments and recording data.
• Operate lab instruments including ICP, SEM, XRF, IC, and more (training provided!).
• Maintain accurate records and report results honestly and professionally.
• Observe and document experimental details and environmental factors.
• Support a collaborative, inclusive, and safety‑focused work culture.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and basic preventive maintenance.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a lab setting is a plus (but not required).
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Interest in science, data, and continuous learning.
