Quality Assurance Document Specialist – Gebauer Company, Cleveland, OH Headquarters

We are looking for an exceptional part-time (3 days / week) Quality Assurance Document Specialist who is an expert at reporting and handling customer issues, and pays close attention to detail in issuing device history records and maintaining current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) documentation.

The successful hire will be responsible for updating and keeping documents in our systems and databases of device history records, CAPAs, standard operating procedures, specifications, test methods, protocols, and validation documentation.

If you have a passion for being organized, responsive, and timely, an ability to effectively manage the details of multiple projects and databases simultaneously, and are skilled at customer and team relations, then this could be the career opportunity for you. You must also have:

• A high school diploma to an Associate's Degree or commensurate experience required
• A minimum of 1 year of quality assurance and/or customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, Adobe Documents, and PC skills
• Knowledge of cGMPs in the medical device and/or Pharmaceutical industry
