Pay: $15.51 per hour
Position Summary:
We are hiring professional, observant, and reliable Access Control Security Officers to help maintain a safe and secure environment at a controlled entry site. This position plays a critical role in managing entry and exit points, verifying identification, and conducting vehicle inspections or mobile patrols.
The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with employees, visitors, and contractors in a courteous, professional manner. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required, as officers may be responsible for operating company or site vehicles to conduct patrols or perimeter checks.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Must be at least 18 years old.
* High school diploma or GED required.
* Valid, current driver's license with clean driving record (required).
* Valid OH security guard license or guard card.
* Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
* Previous experience in security, access control, customer service, or law enforcement preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to remain alert throughout the shift.
* Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
* Must be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
* Reliable transportation.
