Security Officer - Medical Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out Allied Universal and site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions and communicating updates to site leadership and/or emergency responders as needed.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or policy violations.;
Monitor access points and visitor flow, verifying authorization as required, providing directions and information, and reporting suspicious behavior or policy concerns through the appropriate channels.;
Complete security-related reports such as incident reports and shift logs, utilize required communication tools, and support investigations by preserving observations and relaying accurate details.
