Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures and security-related protocols and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions per post orders.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned areas, including interior corridors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter routes as applicable.;
Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by observing traffic flow, verifying credentials when directed, and reporting irregular activity to the appropriate contacts.;
Complete required reports and logs, communicate clearly with onsite teams and/or dispatch, and support security-related operations during medical emergencies, visitor issues, and other time-sensitive events.
