Security Officer - Reception Desk PT

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.;
Staff the front desk by greeting employees and visitors, verifying identification and/or appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and directing individuals to appropriate areas per site policy.;
Monitor access control points, lobby activity, and security-related systems such as cameras, alarms, and intercoms, reporting irregular activity according to post orders.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, notifying appropriate contacts, and coordinating with management and/or first responders as directed.;
Complete security-related reports and logs, track keys and credentials, and communicate shift updates to Allied Universal supervision and site leadership.
