Pay: $25.50 per hour
We are seeking an experienced and professional Security Site Supervisor to oversee daily security operations at an upscale property in Cleveland. The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage both site operations and security personnel in a professional environment.
Responsibilities include supervising officers, managing schedules and shift coverage, conducting patrols and inspections, responding to incidents and emergencies, completing reports, and ensuring all post orders and client expectations are followed. The Site Supervisor will serve as the main point of contact for the property and security team while maintaining a strong customer service presence and professional appearance at all times.
Candidates must have previous security supervisor experience, an active Ohio Guard Card or the ability to obtain one, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a criminal background check. Strong communication, conflict resolution, and report-writing skills are required. Experience with upscale properties, access control systems, CCTV, and managing officer performance is preferred.
